Experience at a senior financial level within a multi-national
organisation requiring liaison with international financial intermediaries and rating
agencies.
Accountability for production of financial statements for individual
companies and for a multi-national group.
Experience with all aspects of corporate taxation including
theoretical analysis of Government taxation proposals, and management of a New Zealand IRD
taxation audit.
Experience as a company secretary, including a listed company
takeover and a scheme of arrangement.
Experience with the special needs of small and medium sized privately
held businesses.
